Yes, we mainly offer office cleaning services after hours to minimize disruptions to your business and our cleaning processes.  We offer both evening and weekend scheduling. We can also come in on a weekday if your office in closed that day.

Our staff is trained not just in cleaning, but in respecting patient confidentiality.  We will never intentionally look at any patient information and any thing we come across during our cleaning process will be delt with following HIPPA standards

Yes. We are fully licensed in the state of Virginia and carry comprehensive general liability, workers’ compensation, and commercial bonding. 

While we do offer flexible month-to-month services, we also provide 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month cleaning contracts that are perfect for dental offices seeking consistent, worry-free service. Practices that commit to a contract of 3 months or longer receive an discount as a thank-you for their partnership. 

Absolutely. Our technicians are trained specifically in infection control procedures relevant to dental clinics, including proper handling of surfaces near autoclaves, operatory chairs, suction devices, and sharps containers. 

Of course. We work closely with each office to create a customized cleaning checklist tailored to your preferences, equipment, and compliance requirements.

Our pricing is structured around standardized package rates, with slight adjustments based on the size and layout of your office. This approach allows us to offer clear, consistent pricing while still tailoring service to your specific needs. We’ll provide a detailed estimate after a brief walkthrough to ensure accurate and fair pricing. 

We can typically schedule an in-office walkthrough within 2 business days. Regular service can usually begin shortly after the walkthrough and contract agreement are completed.
